Procedure for Collection of TCS at lower Rate July 11, 2018
Appliction can be made for collection of TCS at lower Rate in form no. 13 you need to do following- - Make an application addressing to Income tax officer TDS. - Fill Form no.13 - Make an Estimate of Income and Tax there on and how that will be discharged. - Attach Income Tax Return for Last 3 Years. - Provide your Pan and Tan if alloted. - No outstanding Demand should stand on Pan Or Tan.
