It is worthy to note that CBDT is failed to release excel utility of ITR-6 and released only Java utility of ITR-6. Further in respect of ITR-3, ITR-5 and ITR-7 also CBDT has not yet released excel utility. Till date CBDT has released excel Utility for ITR -1, ITR-2 and ITR-4 and JAVA utility for ITR-1 to ITR-7.
Earlier CBDT has released
Excel and Java Utility of ITR 1 on 14th April 2018,
Java Utility of ITR-2 on 15th April 2018 and Excel Utility of the same on 26th May 2018,
Java Utility of ITR-3 on 18th May 2018,
Excel and Java Utility of ITR-4 on 10th May 2018,and
Java Utility of ITR-5 and ITR-7 on 31st May 2018.
Due to consistent delay in release of ITR Utility by CBDT Taxpayer around the Country has started demanding Linking of ITR Due Date with ITR Utility Release date.
